This is a beautiful multilayer skirt by Scooter Brown- size small. It has a chocolate brown mini skirt underneath and a semi-transparent ankle length outer skirt. The layers are attatched. The outer layer is a peach & chocolate brown feather-like design. There are slits In the outerlayer, making it very flowed and light. (It also makes it easier to walk up and down stairs, instead of tripping everywhere). There is a small zipper and latch on the left side for a great fit and both work fine. I took lots of pictures! I am totally in love with it but it is too small on me. I went ahead and wore it once after I bought it and my butt was poping out the entire day- so I need to give it away before I'm tempted to do that again.. Free shipping :)

Sure!! Great point- that was my problem in the first place- buying it because I usually wear a small with out actually trying it on! Ugh. >:( so anyways- *Stretched straight, the waste is roughly 14 inches.
*Measuring it lying naturally on the floor- the waste is closer to 13 inches.
*My hips are about 12 inches wide and this fits around my waist but is a little snug.
*the underlying mini skirt is about 12 inches I length
*the hypie / boho outer skirt part is approximately 39inches long
