The reason of me sayin that is because I've been tring to save credits to buy a lovely palette here on Listia so in getting ride of nice things to do so and since I'm a single mommy of two, I'm low on the dough lol!! So since my birthday just passed I have a pew dollars in a macys card to use and wanted this too fade set but I only have 50 on my gift card so I was thinking...hmmmm I wonder of anybody would have this here, I searched and seen it and was super excited!!! I then commented and said I want this and hope to bid as this set is 49$ on macys and I have credits to possibly get this here and save money and shop for a pot set instead for my home which I ended up doing:) that's why cuz of pure excitement is all nothing more. Sorry if it bothered you but I've never had anyone else been bothered by me saying things like that on an auction.

Fair enough sugar. I understand. Like I said, it's not that I mind people knowing, its just that it never tells the whole story. Like I had an item I paid $25 for once then it went on sale for far less and someone posted "hey I hope you didn't pay $25 for that because you can get it now for $7. WELL I DID! LOL...and now they just completely devalued my auction to everyone else.

Like I said, the item is $49 at Macy's but that is not what it really ends up costing you if you are buying it online as I did. So like I said when someone does that it is just kind of not fair to the seller.

All is good. I am not a big meany...lol. II appreciate you watching my auction :)

I'm sorry (in advanced) and I don't mean to be sound snippy. I just always find it in such poor taste when people choose to say where and what they found an item for. I have had other people do the same thing..."oh I found this on sale for..." It's not that I am trying to keep it hidden but it does not truly tell the whole story.

So lets do that...Yes it is at Macys and in fact I got an email from Too Faced today it is their Christmas Edition and as of Sept 19th now available there too.

Most places as in the case with Macy's you either have to pay shipping also or buy a min of $50, Which I did, thus the GIN bonus. So now that is actually $72 + the tax, so now we are up to $75, it is going to cost me $12 to ship this, so now we are up to $84. I had the GIN listed a little lower and at the last second decided to raise it a little so that everyone had a chance to see this beautiful item. I still don't think it is unreasonable considering (if you read my feedback) I throw in tons of other extras and other not as nice $50 palettes go on here for over 100k.

The bottom line is, personally I would never go to someones auction and list what I found an item for or where I found it. You can find just about anything you want on the web somewhere, so why not just buy it? Sometimes people don't have the cash but have the credits. Well I spent my hard earned cash to bring a new item to my Listia pals. Hard earned because I have been out of work for awhile do to surgery...not getting an income.

It really doesn't matter what someone else found it for. It matters what the seller paid for it and what it is worth to the buyer. Honestly I always wonder what is the reason people do that. Maybe you can fill me in?

Again, I do apologize for sounding a bit annoyed but whenever someone does that it just seems like they have some motive behind it.
