Hi,This is a wonderful oldie but goodie.It is a spring center plate holder to display collectible,decorative plates on the wall.You can even use it for oblong platters.
It holds them nice and tight and keeps them safe from falling off the wall.
Its totally made of metal and measures 7 & 1/2 inches long without being stretched and 4 inches wide without moving the ends.
