I just bought a brand new tablet at Walmart last night an looking for a case or cover for it,it is a 7.85 inch.next book 8. Do u think yours will fit?

I added a couple of pics so you can tell if your tablet will fit. The 5 inches is with the retaining tab pulled all the way out. I would say it would hold a tablet with the outside dimensions of 9 x 5. I hope this helps.

The top retaining tab is spring loaded. I never had any problem with slippage.

It will hold it.I didn't realize the spring loaded retaining tab would extend that far out until I checked it for you.

This keyboard has a standard usb plug plus a adapter with 2 different ends that make it fit almost any tablet. The standard usb end is plug & play. Addition drivers may be required to use the adapter plug ends. It worked fine for me just plugging it in.
