this snowman mug is very nice and it has no chips or cracks in it and it ready for display for xmas or u can use it whatever u choose to do with it but there is nothing wrong with it.i just don't use it i have so much xmas stuff that every year some stuff isn't getting put up cuz i have so much so if i can get credits for it i would be happy so plze make sure u r serious about wanting this item.there is no free shipping cuz im disabled and i only get a check once a month so im so srry that i have to do that cuz i need the money to ship it to u.i will ship it out and wrap it real well so it dont get broke during shipping once i recieve the money and then when i get back from sending it i will give u the tracking number.u have 7 days to contact me or i will relist and keep your credits there is no refunds due to buyer remoise or cuz u didn't want it or u read the disciption wrong.i accept paypal concealed cash and post office money order only no other money order will be accepted and no checks wlll be accepted.good luck to the highest bidder on this item and thanks for looking
