I dont really know what these things are called lol but its a sweater over blouse I call it. You can wear it over a tank top or nice shirt. Its knitted material. Old but in great condition still. It ties in the front. Very comfy. Its been in my closet so it needs to be washed. It has blue, black and white stitching throughout the whole piece. Since it is something you wear over a shirt, the size can vary.
