The listing, Sesame Street Big Bird Talking Alarm Clock has ended.

Used Sesame Street Big Bird Talking Alarm Clock in fair condition given its age. This is from when I was a child circa mid to late 1970s.
The bottom plate that holds the electric parts and batteries has com loose on one end. I don't know whether it even works

I don't know what happened to the key. My mom had this in storage for a long time before she gave it back to me. You can still wind the clock by hand but it is more difficult.
