Evening primrose..Is a Native North American biennial plant. Plants last 2 yrs. and reseed ..biennial ..perennial..whichever It is a welcome plant here..This plant is so much fun to have , you can actually watch the flowers open at nite. my grandkids love it.. is strongly scented with a delicious sweet perfume which attracts pollinating moths.
The fruit is an oblong 1 in. capsule containing many tiny reddish seeds.

Other Names: Common Evening Primrose, Fever plant, Great Evening-Primrose, King's-cure-all, Night willow-herb, Scabish, Scurvish, Tree primrose.

Evening Primrose is edible and medicinal and has a long history of use as an alternative medicine

Primrose makes an oil that is WONDERFUL to use during the end of pregnancy. It helps get things ready. SUCH a useful plant.

Oh I tried the little + thing but I am pretty sure it only gives experiance points and not an actual credit. I'm not really all to sure what ther experiance points are for though...

I don't know about them being called White Primrose, i have always known of them being moon flowers, they bloom at night and if you have them around a light they really shine, no I do not have any on here, but I probably can round some seeds up from last year
