FREE: White Halloween Under dress Tutu

The listing, White Halloween Under dress Tutu has ended.

This is a fluff under tutu from a old costume. I used it once maybe twice. It has been washed and cleaned before being packed away. Brought back out from moving. The top has a satin like feel to it. The elastic waist has gone from the feel of it. I took a picture of the waist and the length for everyone. I live in a smoke free home but I do own cats.
