I adore Scott's work for the same reason that most have stated here. Scott keeps it simple. It is what makes us so 'comfortable' with him and HIS way of sharing the Craft, that truly makes us love him, his collaborators, and his work! I believe he sees his audience before putting pen to hand. I believe that, like a few others, sees US, and himself...side-by-side as you described what the winner of the auction should imagine they were doing, "In your kitchen with some candle light and your favorite 'missing music' playing softly in the background"...when you said that, I had to stop and go plant a seed! LOL. That is how powerful TRUE magick is to me. Spontaneous! Engulfing! And most of all, felt so deeply inside one's Self that you really don't WANT TO COME OUT after you've finished your mixins' and fixins'. I can't honestly say ONE favorite book.
