Question can you put a loved ones ashes in thos???? And may I ask where you get ur charms I have been searching every craft store in my twon and I can not find think you....will be faning and bidding love it

If I put ashes in I would seal the locket to make sure the ashes stayed. I order my charms from Manufacturers in China. I have heard that Hallmark stores have some charms, other than most are found on-line.
