I have two questions is the peas ice pack hot or cold one do u freeze it for it to be cold ? Nd the twin ice packs are they reusable? Great auction

Peas - Freeze the pack to desired temperature (place the pack in freezer or refrigerator overnight or until desired temperature achievied)

Twin Ice packs - for single use only.
