I forget the proper name for these but you wrap it around either as a dress over a bathing suit, or as a skirt. I folded it over and its being held up on my refrigerator at the moment by two magnets lol. You wrap it around you and tie it. I bought this for my mother inlaw for $29 in Bahamas in 2012.
