Brand New about 12" black and white Leopard look collar.feels kinda fuzzy on the outside. Material is leather/plastic/Alloy.. Neck fit is approx. 8-10". Has elastic inside the collar that stretches if need be. Pretty Silver bell.and I attach a little brass charm that says "made with love". I think it makes the bell a tad louder. You can remove the charm easily if you don't want it. collar width is 3/8". I will only ship to Listia Verified addresses. No exceptions and all Listia rules apply. My little 5 pound chihuahua is wearing one of these collars right now. I would not use on a strong pulling dog. he's always in my lap anyhow, If you use this on a cat the elastic stretches if it gets stuck on something, so if the collar is lost don't e-mail and rip me out because the cat lost the collar.
