Traditional morning glory just harvested from my garden (6/26/11). 12 seeds.

Most morning glory flowers curl up and close during the warm parts of the day, and are fully open in the morning, thus their name. On a cloudy day, the flower may last until night. The flowers usually start to fade a couple of hours before the petals start showing visible curling. For best blooms, plant in full sun; with balance moisture soil.

Self-seeding annual in colder climate; perennial in moderate regions. Tolerant of poor soil. High fertilizer or rich soil not recommended as it may induce more vine than blooms.
