Thank you. Is the weight of the yarn more like a fingering/sock weight or is it more like regular Red Heart yarn? I'm looking for something that will accent my sock yarn.

This yarn is super duper soft indeed. It's equivalent to the weight of baby yarn in my opinion. I used it to make a pair of socks, a scarf and a pair of mittens. Each project turned out beautifully. :)

Is it % acrylic or is it mohair? You say both in the listing. It can't be % acrylic and be 3 ply mohair at the same time. Lion Brand no longer makes this yarn. Can you show a picture of the yarn band that tells you what the content of the yarn is? Thanks.

I've updated this auction with a few more pictures of the yarn label. Yes this yarn is 100% Virgin Acrylic. It has the 'feel' of 3 ply Mohair yarn. You are right that Lion Brand no longer makes this specific MOLAINE version anymore. I had purchased 30 skeins of this yarn, used 20 for few special projects, and decided to auction off the last 10 that I have left here on Listia! Have Fun! Good Luck Bidding!

The color on my tablet makes the yarn look red. Is it red or is it a pink red color?

It's a color called "Scarlet" meaning that it is definitely red. :)

Yes, this is true, but I wanted to keep all of the same dye lots together for this auction so that the winner can have 'all' 10 of the skeins that I had left. The color is really beautiful. The texture of the yarn is super soft indeed. Good luck bidding! Have Fun!
