Signed in person at a Card Show in the mid 90's here in Salt Lake City at the fair grounds. I no longer have the receipt from back then but have gotten it COA'd since by Strattford Authentications and comes with a full COA with Certificate and matching Hologram. I also at the time got Jerry Rice (up for auction now !!), Emmit Smith (not selling), and local hero Steve Young (not for sell).
For those who haven't purchased from me in the past, I was able to obtain many autographed items, cards, magazines, shoes, and other items during the multiple years I worked in the Locker Room Maintenance Department for the Utah Jazz for a number of years and am basically liquidating my collection except for a few personal items due to space and cost of storing it. I back up all my auctions with a double your money back of cash equal to the points spent if you ever get a third party certification that says it's fake.

All items are signed in either black and blue ball point pen, black, blue, silver, and gold sharpies.
