a book that draws you in with it's down to earth, amazing characters, who can find themselves in quite a pickle sometimes! the main character is Father Kavanagh..not a typical "father", is wife, dog who loves scripture quoted!! & his artistic wife...you laugh & cry with them & their family of friends in & outside the ficttional town of Mitford, which is based on a small town in NC...they get into a lot of scraps, but ......I dearly love this author for a good read & hope you wil too.....she writes to give us an extended family & to make ordinary life a beautiful thing. thanks for asking....
