Okay, so I was obviously way too tired to be answering comments last night, LOL! I responded to Rozarie's question thinking it was for a DVD auction I also have up. Apologies! The correct answer for the Music Auction is:

The GIN price of 7000 gets you all 30 CDs, no need to pick, PLUS Free Shipping and a Bonus CD.

Otherwise, with regular bidding, every 200 credits gets you one CD. (eg: Winning bid of 600 gets 3 CDs, 1200 gets 6 CDs, etc.) The tier is there to encourage bidders to go higher, to get more stuff. :)

Am I understanding this correctly? 7000 credits buys all 30 cd's? I still haven't gotten the gist of how a tiered auction works since I never cooperated in one.

Hi there. The first (up to) 1000 wins 2 DVDs. For every 1000 after that, 1 DVD is added. (eg: 2000 credits = 3 DVDs, 3k = 4 DVDs, etc.) So for 35 DVDs, the minimum winning bid would be 34k - or the GIN "price" of 30k, which saves you the wait time and the "risk" of getting only 2 or 3 DVDs.
