No known viruses. The only problem I would say is it's a little slow on start up. Ask as many questions as you want.

The battery: what size? does it hold a charge? if so, how long does it last?
Vista needs at least 2 gb to run smoothly, that's one reason it's slow to start.
Should be able to upgrade to at least 3 gb.
Vista could easily be removed by adding Windows 7 in its place, and it would run faster :)

It has an internal thing that connects. I'm not that techno guy!!! But I think it's wifi? It automatically picks ups networks then connects to them.

O wow you have a Tour 9630? Some claim that is thier best model, but the review ive been reading say the new 8530 is because it has WiFi and a new trackpad instead of the ball that gets dirt in it and stops working. Either way they're both very nice phones. Ill definetly have my eyes on that for sure! Thanks! PS- this laptop is way better then all the old busted ass ones i keep seeing lately on listia.

The reason those laptops go for that much is because they are brand new and right out of the original box. This is a used laptop. Im not saying its bad but people pay more fir completely new things.

There are minor stuffs from use. This is not brand new but a used notebook in good condition. The only thing cosmeticly wrong is a screw holding the screen is missing. There are 7 more holding it lol no worries.

Good suggestion sorepp. Anyway, maybe someone asked and I missed it; but is insurance being covered on this shipping? I know UPS does $100 for free and USPS charges a fee. Just wanting to know how you are shipping and if the insurance is an option. If so; what is the added expense?

As of now insurance will be paid by buyer. If it goes high enough I will gladly add insurance upon request. I will be using USPS for shipping. I have mailed as well as received electronics without insurance without a problem but I see your concern. The only thing I like insurance with is jewelry. The package is small enough to get "lost" or pillferred. Thanks for stopping by!!
