The listing, Nook has ended.

This is an older nook. It needs a new screen but still works just fine , its just really hard to read. It has wifi so you can download your books and music. The bottom screen is touchscreen also. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Happy bidding.

You can dowload music. It just says games not apps. The bottom section is touchscreen by the way

Yes the screen is cracked. It needs a new screen for sure. It still is fully functional just can't see the screen very well if trying to read anything in it

Is or was this ever registered with Nook, and if so, was it properly unregistered?
If not, Nook will not offer any support or allow book purchases since it will be considered stolen as far as they are concerned (NOT saying that it is, but I bought one second hand and cannot use it for that reason). Factory reset will not deregister it.
