ok so it has instructions in the back. gonna try to post a pic of it. but anywho I tried and I like. you lather sponge with warm water and facial wash/cleanser, use circular motion but softly not roughly. then you rinse and pat dry. yes you can reuse, wash sponge and put to dry and of course you replace frequently. my skin feels smoother and cleaner. not bad at all. hope this helped.
