The listing, 2,"925" Figaro chains..read all before bidding has ended.

Hi these are two 7" Figaro chain bracelets marked 925. I make jewelry for a living, and I tested these with my rare earth magnet and they are NOT STERLING SILVER!
One is missing the clasp so it is just a chain.
These will be sent in a regular letter envelope. The will be put in a ziplock bag and taped to the inside of the envelope and then taped shut . I've sent out hundreds of auctions this way no problems.
That being said I'm not responsible for lost items once sent out. No refunds, as seen as is.
If you bid you agree to these terms.I no longer offer refund a on items that do not have tracking because so many people claims to it have notngotten the item , yet a week or two later it magicly found its self listed on here..by the winner .

Just FYI Listia states that seller is responsible for item until delivered to buyer. I have seen several people post that "once shipped out it is no longer my responsibility" and Listia has corrected them every time. I just figured you should know. I actually just recently received a won auction in the mail (earrings) with a hole in the envelope and one of the earrings missing, and Listia ruled in my favor because seller is 100% responsible for the item and ensuring that nothing gets broken or lost. Not trying to be negative, just figured I would share my experience. Have a wonderful night :)

Just FYI I know the rues I've been on this site for years and have 100% feedback not lost packages. Sorry but if you don't like my terms don't bid I can't get tracking on every package sent esp when is being sent by latter envelopes the post office won't let me get tracking n them.

Also another reason why I put that is because like I said I use to give refunds, and then the 'lost item' would be back up for bids, I'd contact oistia about it and did not get my credits back, so that's another reason why I put in my ads at don't have a tracking number if you don't feel comfortable with my terms please save us both the trouble and don't bid .
