New, no store tags New York & Company handbag. Inside lining is printed with the name, has a leather 'NY&C' inside tag and zipper pull is stamped with 'NY'. Front and back look the same, and the fabric is slightly reflective. 3 inner pockets, 1 with a zipper and 2 open. Bag is lightweight, with silver hardware and a quality, fully enclosed top zipper. Nice, even light tan top stitching on the handle and side leather strips. 6" high, 11.5" wide with a 3.25" base. Handle is .75" wide.

Bought this for myself, but it was not quite wide enough, so I never carried it. Non-smoking household...we have one dog but he doesn't accessorize.
