It wont you have to have the deck otherwise there is nothing to operate it

No this face is detachable. This is for someone who have some new sounds or speakers and have a deck but no face....

No there is a connector that attach to it

In order for this face to work you have to have the same model number deck. There ae no wires to connect because it just clips on the deck. All car stereo faces are universal as long as model numbers match as well as brands
