Which kind of closure does it have and how long is it? I was thinking about having it re engraved with my nickname on it and I also need to know if a white base metal can be seen where the engraving exists. What I mean to ask is, do you think it might be played? Also, is it brass? Will it turn my skin green?

I forgot to ask, can you post a picture of the back of the bracelet near the closure? I'd like to see how hard it might be to fasten it if it's shorter than 8.5 inches.

i don't know what its made of its just gold tone. never turned my skin green. i wouldn't recommend re-engraving it and the closure snaps into the part with the nameplate on it.
