HI - I replied on the listing how to grow the seeds. Super easy, if you just want sprouts, place the seeds on a wet paper towel. Takes just a few days.

Chia seeds will sprout on a wet paper towel. They can also be planted in a kitchen widow box and kept trimmed, or direct sow in the garden in the Spring. They will grow and flower outside if left untrimmed and average 4-5 feet tall.
