You are looking at a 1971 Liberia Six Coin Proof Set in its Original Government Case of Issue. Coin are totally original and not tampered with. Only 3,032 sets were minted. The case shows signs of scuffing and some scratches but the coins are fine. They show some nice tone starting too. Not sure of metal content, I know they had silver a couple years earlier.
