Your bidding on a NON WORKING Mytouch 3G. It worked fine, till my daughter got it. All of the sudden a blue LED light lights up, and the screen stays black. Don't know if its an easy fix. So my daughter said she dropped the phone and the battery cover came off, and the battery flew into a mud puddle. When i looked at the battery, the water damage indicator is red/white stripes. Assuming that means water damage to the battery. She said the phone itself got a little bit wet, but it didn't fall into the puddle. She said it landed on the screen flat, and that was all that got wet on the phone. She said the inside of the phone didn't get wet. So this could possibly be just a simple battery change. I'm not going to guarantee that. But i thought it was good info to share. She also said that she put it in rice for a day, then put it back together, and it worked for a few days, but it started going dim a little bit only when she turned it on. Till it did what it's doing now.
