You are bidding on a brand new (opened but never played) copy of Fallout 3 for xbox 360 which includes the game case and instruction manual plus as a bonus I will send the game disc for elder scrolls IV: oblivion. The oblivion disc is scratched up but it still plays perfectly. It does not have a case or instruction manual, it's just a bonus disc I'm sending for extra incentive to bid on this auction. Neither fallout 3 or Oblivion come with any DLC, they are just regular copies of the game

it has quite a bit of surface scratches, so i'd say it's very scratched but i installed it and played the game on my xbox and it works fine.. it would prob be a good idea to get it resurfaced at a gamestop store, i think they do it for like 2 dollars or something cheap like that.. i've heard buffing the disc with smooth peanut butter also does the trick. but as i've said, i played oblivion after installing it on my xbox drive and i didn't have a problem playing the game so they are only surface scratches and don't appear to affect the data transfer.
