And Yes it is an X-small the box says 5-7 lbs but I think it would fit better on a dog 3-5 lbs.

Are you serious? That is an EXTRA SMALL dog, not small. I bid on this for a miniature dachshund and he weighs 10 pounds. Oh well, if I win it then I will have to relist it if it doesn't fit him. LOL
