plus side: nice shiny flat pommel for hammering on the end of the handle, line cutter behind the top false edge of the good long blade, bottom part of the knife tip sharp and the sheath is still in good condition, no signs of corrosion on the metal, there are two locking tabs that keep the handle in the sheath-you have to pull it out a little to withdraw it, handle and guard are well designed for a good comfortable grip for a large hand.

minus side: the rubber loop that works as the main lock is cracking but that can easily be replaced at a dive shop if you need a new one. 2 straps will also need to be found at a dive shop unless you can find or make your own if you need those. The blade has been sharpened which mostly affects the serrated part, the teeth have been ground down a little and one is chipped. Sheath has signs of saltwater use and handle shows some wear.
