100% cotton fabric suitable for quilting. Light blue with blue and purple flowers. Please see pictures for size scale of print. Fabric has NOT been washed. Measures 44” wide x 1 yard, 28” long.

It is 44" wide and 1 yard, AND 28" long.

Is it 28" long by 44" wide? Or is it I yard (36") by 44". One place it says that it is 44" x 28" and another says its 44" x 36" (1 yard)
