I'm wanting to make sure that it is understood why having these Box Tops already clipped & bagged as 50 is of importance, so I have given a little information below about the program & how they prefer to receive the Box Tops when you send them in (just in case you didn't already know).

Box Tops for Education program offers schools 10 cents for every box top coupon remitted. Participating products include General Mills cereals, Betty Crocker box mixes, other food products and even non-food items such as Zip-Loc & Hefty bags. Note that some of these products may even contain "bonus" box tops equivalent to up to 5 additional box tops.

To Help Things Run More Smoothly, The Box Tops For Education Program Prefers To Receive Them In Groups Of 50. Therefore, The Following Is What Is Recommended When Sending Yours:

1. Clip out the unexpired box tops and/or the unexpired bonus box tops coupons.
2. Separate the box tops coupons from the bonus box tops coupons.
3. Using an envelope or clear zip baggie, insert 50 unexpired box tops coupons.
4. Using a second envelope or baggie, insert the equivalent of 50 “bonus” box tops certificates.
5. On each envelopes/baggies, use a marker to neatly write and circle the number 50.

Thank You for asking because although I knew they were not going to expire for quite a while, I didn't think to put the exact date for the earliest one as your question asks (which is important, especially for an amount this size). There are 3 of the Bonus Box Tops with a value of 8 points each which expire July 2015. Those are the earliest ones and then there is one for November 2015. The Rest expire 2016 and beyond. Thank You for the acknowledgement of time and work it does take to prepare such a large group of box tops. It makes me feel good to know I can participate, even if only a little, towards helping school kids continue to have the things needed for their education.

What is the earliest expiration date (mm/dd/yy) for these box tops? I am a BTFE coordinator at my child's school and I know first hand how time consuming it is to clip, count, sort, bag, and label *tens of thousands* of these at a time so I appreciate that you have already done this for these box tops! Thank you!!!

Hello, As mentioned in the comment section below, there is a lot of 'behind the scenes' work that takes place when preparing these box tops. They are Reviewed, Clipped, Counted, Sorted In Correct Categories for Bagging them in groups of 50 (some just the individual tops, others are the Bonus tops) Not to mention....500 Box Tops means a donation of $50 to your school of choice and if using GIN, 600 means a $60 donation.
