It happens... especially when your new. I can also tell this because like many others you are not actually replying directly to he comments... meaning, if you place your mouse next to the Blue thumbs "like" link at the bottom of a comment you will see the "reply" button. This way your reply goes to the person's inbox.
Also FYI you can't charge shipping on a digital image and you also stated you are sending the actual item. So if you don't you will not get the credits as you are new and they are held until the person says they got it... or 21 days if they do not dispute it.
