o.k. I will check it out. I can tell you this much.:

I can't send small items like this in a regular envelope for.$70 because it is NON MACHINABLE to the post office.

So a small item has to go in a bubble envelope or something that is well protected and at least 4 x 5 inches. That will raise the cost of postage to at least $2.50 with out tracking. Then pay-pal is charging a fee for the use of their service which is $.46 to $.65

There is NO way these pins could go for a dollar.
