Up to 7000 equals one.
7001 to 14000 equals two.
14001 to 21000 equals three.
21001 to 28000 equals four.
28001 to 35000 equals five and so on...

35000 GIN automatically takes 5 and doesn't have to wait for the week plus long auction!
