Now, for the info.

First, I will not send items with tracking on listia. I'm getting paid credits,
so I'm not going to spend money on tracking.

Second, If you have an issue, or haven't received an item yet, please contact me first. I'm sure we can work something out without having to involve a moderator and wasting time.

Third, I send off my items no longer than 7 days after the auction has ended, I do have a business I run full time and a family to care for, so Listia isn't always on my mind.
However, I usually send off the items, if I have materials within 3 days of the auction ending.

Forth, once the auction is done and you've won, that's it. You can't decide that you no longer like the item and want your credits back.

Lets make this fun and be friends, I don't need the extra headache, as I'm sure none of you do either.
