Now for the good stuff...

Black iPhone 4 16gb has **cracked screen** but is **FULLY FUNCTIONAL** (refer to pictures). The phone was purchased from and used with AT&T BUT it was no longer under contract so I was able to get them to factory unlock it. YOU CAN USE THIS PHONE WITH ANY CARRIER!!! Phone has been reset to factory settings, as well. NO SIM CARD!!!Comes with box, manuals, charger, hard rubber skin and a brand new leather phone case/holder.

My husband was eligible for an upgrade so he got a new phone...and now this phone is being offered to you :) If you have any questions please feel free to ask BUT PLEASE DON"T ASK WHAT I'VE ALREADY STATED!!! Getting this in before you start asking if it's real...YES and it's mine. I have great feedback and wouldn't ruin it now...click my feedback and then look at my past auctions, you will see the same green counter top in most of my pictures (I get the best light on my kitchens island w/overhead lighting).

The babies father has one REALLY loving grandma...she's gifting them a 2 year supply of diapers...almost fell of my chair when I was told. Talk about a VERY generous gift. Then they told me they were naming her Avery Michelle...talk about making Mom cry. I <3 them both :)

From what I just read, you can't use this phone with a carrier that doesn't use a SIM Card. So no you can't because Sprint uses CDMA.

not sure what you mean by "is it esn"...but yes the esn is clean. As stated above my husband was eligible for an upgrade (not the "NEXT" program) and so he upgraded to a different phone.

I'm not exactly sure. I know that my husband said whenever there was an automatic update that he did it via his phone. The phone has not been in used since mid June ,when he got his new phone.
