I will hold items for 10 days if by that time I have not heard from you I will relist. This means I need to have your name, address and shipping payment by the tenth day following the auction. In the case of having to wait to provide me with any of the above information, just email me through listia. I am very easy to get along with. I will leave positive feedback only once I receive it. I have had to make this change in policy recently when a buyer filed a dispute against me, received the product that day (less than a week of winning it) and then left neutral feedback while saying she liked the object. If you have any reason to file anything less than positive feedback please give me a chance to address the problem.
