Beautiful, dainty hand painted handle basket. Porcelain with blue flowers, Ruffled outer edges. Signed & numbered..

No chips, cracks, simply adorable. Use it for jewelry, rings, etc. or just sit it on a shelf and admire its beauty. Dimensions are given in the photos.. Genuine , signed and numbered. As to its age I truly don't know. Old but how old??
