Whimsical and Fun "Bunch of Balloons" Brooch

I got this brooch from another Listian for use with my clown costume this Halloween- great success!

As I no longer have need of it, I am reIisting it for the next Listian to enjoy :-)

Brooch measures approx 3.5" long and consists of gold-tone "strings" and clasp (in good working order), and 4 "balloons", one each yellow, peach, fuscia, and turquoise.
