This is a Perfume Locket Necklace on a black cord by Avon. Again, time to clean out the jewelry box! Never Worn. The locket is silvertone with a raised crown on the front. It has a solid scent perfume inside the loocket when you slide it open.

would liquid perfume spill out? Or is it for solid scents?

It is for solid scents. There is already a solid scent in the locket that has never been touched.

The best I can describe the scent is that of soft perfume. I'm not sure how you change it out though.
