This appears to be a wind resistant butane lighter, and since I don't smoke, I am going to let this little gem go to the highest bidder.

I am charging shipping because I can't use Listia's credits at the post office, since they aren't real money (imagine that!), and II can only accept Paypal for (the (shipping and handling) payment.

Oh yes, PLEASE "get verified" before you bid, so that I am not left hanging waiting for you to complete (your address, which stalls the (whole) transaction, I will not ship to an unverified address.

I'll do my best to answer questions, but I won't open the item, since that makes the whole point of a brand new item invalid. I can't test it, since it's not opened, and please don't hate on me if it doesn't work.
