This handmade water bottle carrier is a MUST-HAVE!! Take it with you anywhere! Have you ever been walking around the mall or at a craft show with your water bottle, only to set it down and leave it somewhere? This solves that problem completely! You can wear your water bottle like a purse, keeping your hands free and putting hydration within easy reach, without losing it! My husband scoffs at this idea, but believe me, this would have come in handy on many a shopping trip!

I made this with durable cotton yarn; it features a drawstring at the top for securing your bottle, and is decorated with wood and blue lucite beads. The strap is long enough to wear on your shoulder like a purse; my 9 year old can wear it across the chest, but on me it seems a little awkward. This pouch is completely washable, although I would recommend hand wash or delicate cycle inside a lingerie bag or pillow case in cold water. The strap measures 45 inches from end to end, and the pouch will fit most single-serve 16 fl oz water bottles.

I forgot to say that to cinch it closed, you just tug on the beaded tie thingies. No tying is necessary; they stay where they are. To open tug gently around the circular opening to loosen the thingies.
LOL sorry, I'm still on my first cup of coffee. At this time of the morning "thingy" becomes a big part of my vocabulary
