Not sure who it's made by because there's only one tag and that just says the size (Medium) and that it's 100% Acrylic fabric. Barely used, but no stains or holes that I have found. Will this fit a 15lb dog?

I couldn't tell how much a doggie weighs if I picked that doggie up! I'm sooo bad at weight it's really pathetic. :) But at the smallest part of the neck it's 5" from left to right - and that's just with it laying down flat and measuring L to R. Measuring L to R (flat) right above the arm holes its about 8", and measuring 5" up from the bottom it's about 8-3/4", and from bottom to top of the neck area (I didn't count the turtleneck part since it folds down at the neck) it's about 13" long. Remember, this is measuring with the sweater laying flat on a surface and only measuring that side from left to right (or bottom to top). I hope this helps some. Thanks so much :)
