This is a used plug in USB Charger for an e-cig that works well in good condition. However, being a used item it is auctioned as is.
Shipping is free and I will ship within 7 days of the close of the auction ONLY to a Listia verified address.

Yes the battery of an e cig screws into the flat rate end, but I have no idea what 510 threads means.

510 threads are what almost all e-cig makers use, so that everything is interchangeable with other e-cigs, the chargers, batteries, clearomizers, etc..
510 is a X of the threads, but I don't know what it means either.
size, ratio, how many there are, lol...

ok then-it fit pretty much every one I ever had-except this weird one that had a USB charger. I just got tired of batteries breaking.
