Lisa, please forgive me, i'm new at this. No, it is not free shipping. How do I find out the rate to ship? doesn't it depend on where you are shipping to? I have had this item for over 20 years, so I suppose "vintage" would depend on your own definition of what vintage means. 20 years is quite a long time, regardless. LOL Hope to see some bids on this! You can find shipping rates at www.usps.com. you already had bids, so you can't change the shipping info any more. Normally, when listing you have the options to choose between a flat rate (which is one price regardless to where you ship within US) or winner pays exact shipping (and that is something you find out once you know where you are shipping to). I do hope that helps. We were all new once. Do you have a paypal account? It's free to sign up and it is the safest way to avoid scams.

1st class small parcel is the cheapest with a minimum weight of 3 oz. Even if it weighs 1 ounce you have to pay the 3 ounce rate. $1.81

No, unfortunately I do not have Paypal at this time. Several years ago I changed banks and tried to update that new info on Paypal, and they told me I could not do that and it turned into a big hassle...so, I guess someday when I feel bored maybe I should tackle the topic again. I hope you bid on it and I can accept money orders or cash concealed in a card or paper. thanks for your inquiry.

i have been paying $1.71 for 3 ozs and under. yes it's vintage i looked it up :) its pretty. i have things I mail out a lot at that rate, otherwise i have just come to know roughly on my own.
