Up for bids is an MTG card - Stealer of Secrets. Which I believe is a special promo card. I got this card at the Wizards of the Coast booth for trying out their new MTG 2014 online game.

I've included an image of another card that looks very similar... it's almost the same card that exists in another set: Return to Ravnica, but as you can see, the one I have is a foil promo, and features a different icon (I'm assuming special promotional icon) making this a rare collectible.
