This slimmer fits a waist from 24-28 it is new so does have to be stretched out.

Well a 3x would be a size 24-28...not a 24-28" waist. So is it actually a 3x or is it for 24-28" waist? ...just would like to clarify before bidding. Thank you!

It is a 3x I wear a size 3x to a 4x depending on how its made and I bought one of these in a 3x thinking it would fit and it was to tight most slimmers do run a little small because they are made to snug your body.
